
Julia Henning actress
Julia Henning grew up at her parents’ music school and there, she studied singing during her adolescence, in Brazil. While studying theatre at the University of São Paulo, she received a Degree in Pedagogical Studies. She participated in several creations of the Titere Azul Cie under the direction of Rafael Rios. She took part in many workshops with Julia Varley, from Odin Teatret, Yoshi Oida and Tapa Sudana. She obtained a Master 2 in Performing Arts at Paris 8 University, about the Peter Brook’s Theater. She continued theater professional training under the direction of Jean-Paul Denizon, during two years. In 2011 she created the Cie des Sens and began her first creations in France, in collaboration with Jean-Paul Denizon and Rafael Rios. Julia won the 3rd prize at the OISTAT Theater Architecture Competition in Prague. In 2017, after two years of training with Philippe Gaulier, she began to participate in the creation and work of La Tête de Babel. She has been working as a drama teacher for several years, in particular at Conservatoire de Laval since 2021. Julia collaborates with Théâtre du Tiroir since 2022.

Dain Alexandra Rubin actress
Dain Alexandra Rubin is an actress born in the mountains of Aspen, Colorado. From age 11 to 18 she studied Drama at Denver School of the Performing Arts. In 2005 she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Acting from Emerson College in Boston Massachusetts. After a solo voyage around Europe for a year, Dain settled into New York City in pursuit of her theatrical dreams. In 2008 she began to study with master teacher Wynn Handman. While working in many staged productions, readings, short films, and commercials, Dain went on to complete a yoga teacher training in 2009. Her passion for physical comedy led her to participate in many workshops with clown teachers Christopher Bayes and Kendall Cornell who inspired her to journey across the Atlantic to France and study at the prestigious École Philippe Gaulier. There she completed the two years program in 2017. After falling in love with a French man she decided to make France her new home! Dain has since been creating theatre in English for children, working as a yoga/movement/theatre teacher at École Mines ParisTech and École Philippe Gaulier. She is a co-founder of La Tête de Babel and has took part in the creation the Kleitoris Ballet.

Bianca Maria Lay actress
Bianca Maria Lay, a graduate of École Philippe Gaulier (2 years), has recently starred in the Italian feature film “Bianco di Babbudoiu”. She has previously collaborated with Italian comic Stefano Manca and is a member of Barbigialli, a theatre company based in Sardinia. Bianca has a special interest in comedy and clown, having also studied with Merche Ochoa (Estudis Berty Tovías), Nicolas Cohen (Escuela Internacional de Teatro) and Eric de Bont’s International Clown School. Bianca is also an accomplished dancer, having won multiple national Italian competitions in Latin American dance and performed with Sardinian dance companies Gana, Teatro Dansa Leonardo, and Balletto Del Mediterraneo. She has also choreographed multiple solo and group touring performances in Sardinia.
